Anu, what an amazing mom you got there! U r such a lucky girl, you know!! Please give your mom a hug from me. This is so tasty(even without a pinch of salt or pepper!), so colourful, so enjoyable and yum! The other day I went and especially bought chaat masala to make this. I'm so glad I did that! I made 4 servings of this today and we all loved it! I'll make this plenty of times and tell your mom I said a very special THANK YOU to her, and, also that she's going to be getting lots of hiccups in the days to come;)!!!
Low Calorie - and guiltless. Lets face it - it's no tandoori chicken - but the blend of fresh veggie and spices hit the spot!
A very nice, simple and refreshing salad. I also added more Chaat Masala than called for in the recipe (as another reviewer suggested). Thanks! :)
Very simple to make and made enough to serve 2 people. I added quite a bit more chat masala than indicated in the recipe to suit our tastes. Served with Chicken Tandoori and Beet Salad (Indian). Thanks!
Very tasty. Made this for a BBQ x 6 as it only serves 1. Complimented the grilled lamb chops nicely. And yes I rewarded myself with dessert :)... Thanks for sharing
Great stuff. I also made a trip to the Indian store for some Chat Masala. This was so yummy. I served it with Tarka Dal #109843 and Indian Spiced Rice #21855. It's in my Faves cookbook now. Thanks !
This sounds soooo good!! I love Indian food, so will definetly go to the store tomorrow to buy the chaat masala and make this!! Thank you for posting this, Anu, and thank your smart Mom!! Love, Becky
