  1. Place the broccoli and 1-inch of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme.
  3. Drain broccoli; toss with oil mixture.
