What a tasty and satisfying biscuit recipe! Mmmm, I made them for breakkie this morning and they were HEAVENLY! The thyme flavour really comes trough in them and surprisinlgy you can really taste the sugar, which adds a lovely contrast. I used all whole spelt flour and still they had a really fluffy inside with a crunchy outside. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this keeper with us, Toni! It will be made often in my house for sure!

Delicious herb biscuits. The only thing I did differently was to use the yogurt whey in place of the milk. I made them in early morning to go with a salad tonight but just couldn't resist having 2 for brekkie hot from the oven. So simple to make and tasty, I can see them becoming a regular. Think I'll try adding the garlic next time. Made for 1-2-3 Tag game.

Very healthy tasting! I made some really thin so they turned out like crackers and other the usual. Everyone loved them!

These were good! Great instructions very easy to follow. I ended up making them into drop bisquits. I used the nonfat yougurt but I only had 2% milk and they were fine. Thanks for posting
