I always try using home remedies for common ailments rather than hooking my body to medicines. Try this and you will be amazed how anything so simple could be so effective!

- Peel the ginger.
- Hold the end of the ginger with a pair of tongs.
- Burn this piece of ginger on your gas flame (yes you heard right, burn the suspended piece of ginger).
- It would be of a slightly smoky colour.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Swallow with warm water.
- Try this once a day for about 2-3 days and you will notice a difference.
- Get well soon!
