I made as directed and between the DM and I well there is only one serve left and she has already claimed that for tomorrows lunch. I used Vegetable Stock for the stock, my chicken breast was 6 oz and the 2 vine ripened tomatoes were wonderfully fresh and frozen peas. All up from start to finish was about 45 minutes. Perfect lunch for today's chilly weather. Loved the soup I used ground lean turkey added 1 tsp of chili flakes when I mixed it I doubled the recipe - I knew when it was your recipe that it would be delish Also had a surplus of carrots so added some of those . Will difinately make again. Thanks Annaleis for a heart warming lunch
Dh enjoyed this soup. He added the chicken for me while I prepared another part of dinner. It is a very attractive dish and very neutral in flavor. I used the dry sherry alternative and the food processor to grind the chicken.
