This is my families favorite soup and it is so easy to make. Try it.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a large soup pan.
  2. Saute the onions and Mushrooms in the Olive Oil.
  3. Mix the flour with one cup of water and add the water to the pan.
  4. Bring to a low boil and add the evaporated milk and Nutmeg.
  5. Simmer until heated through.
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with a little Nutmeg sprinkled on top.
