- 1 cup diced cantaloupe
- 1 cup diced honeydew
- 1 cup diced seeded watermelon
- 1⁄2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup diced onion
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 -2 large jalapeno, depending on the spiciness desired
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Combine all the salsa ingredients together.
