My family loves this! I served it at a party w/homemade minestrone soup and salad -it was a hit. I used quick and easy pizza dough' recipe #117532. I always serve it w/ a side of warm spaghetti sauce. It's now on our Italian Menu! Thanks!

  1. Let dough rise until doubled, according to package directions.
  2. Punch down.
  3. Roll each loaf into a 15-in. x 12-in. rectangle.
  4. Arrange a fourth of the salami, ham, pepperoni and provolone cheese over each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle each with a fourth of the mozzarella cheese, Romano cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and pepper.
  6. Roll up each rectangle jelly-roll style, beginning with a long side.
  7. Seal seams and ends. Place seam side down on two greased baking sheets.
  8. Brush with egg yolk.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
  11. Refrigerate leftovers.
