From Family Fun. I would make my meatballs larger as I don't want to be at this all day.
- 453.59 g ground beef
- 453.59 g ground turkey
- 453.59 g ground pork
- 283.49 g bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 78.07 ml parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 3 large eggs
- 29.58 ml Italian herb seasoning
- 9.85 ml garlic powder
- 9.85 ml salt
- 4.92 ml red pepper flakes
- 118.29 ml breadcrumbs (fine ) or 118.29 ml panko breadcrumbs (fine )

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat 2 large rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well incorporated but not over-mixed.
- Pinch off a teaspoon or so of meat mixture and roll into 1 inch balls.
- Repeat, arranging the balls 1/2 inch apart on baking sheets.
- Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, 20 - 25 minutes.
- Eat right away or place pan in freezer, when frozen transfer to zip-lock bag and keep up to 3 months.
