This was very nice but not spectacular. I used half chili sauce and half ketchup but even then the chili flavour was too hot. Will try again with more ketchup.

This was really good and very easy. I did use chili sauce because I had some in my refrigerator that needed to be used up. I think I would like it better with ketchup so I will try it again using that option. Regardless, this was good and I will make it again. Thanks for posting this Linda Sue. I thought this was great and so easy to prepare. I used chili sauce and saved a little of the sauce to baste the chicken halfway through cooking time.

This is a good and quick recipe to make. Mine didn't come out too 'sticky'. I think it may be because I cooked it in a 9x13 pan and all the juiced from the chicken thinned out the sauce. Next time I will cooked on a cookie sheet and baste the chicken with the excess sauce. Had a very good flavor though, and may also try marinating it in the sauce and them grilling. Delicious and easy to put together on a week night. I used bone-in, skin-on thighs that I trimmed of excess fat, and they turned out beautifully!! I just think that the bone in keeps the meat moist. Anyway, a great addition to the work week menu!! Thanks.

Great recipe! Thanks! I used thighs I had de-boned and de-fatted myself when making chicken stock the other day. I tossed the thighs with the sauce in a covered bowl then let them sit for about 30 minutes. The sauce got between the meat and skin since it was only attached at one place. The skin crisped up very nicely and the flavor of both the skin & meat was excellent.
