This is such a wonderful salad dressing. It is my absolute favorite. It is hard to believe it is only three ingredients. I am a diabetic, so I substitute two to three packets(to taste) of Splenda for the honey. Also, I have made it many, many times with canola oil instead of olive oil. This recipe may be halved and you also could add herbs, etc... Keeps well in the fridge. Try this, you will love it too!
- Mix well and serve.
We enjoyed this dressing on a tossed green salad. I also used a raspberry balsamic which was nice. I cut the recipe in half and still have lots for another day (or 2 or 3)! Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for Spring Pac 2009.
