Although I wouldn't exactly call fudge 'healthy', this is relatively good for you with no refined sugar and low GI ingredients. It's also incredibly easy and tastes great!
- 8 ounces dark chocolate (dairy free if vegan)
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup agave nectar or 3⁄4 cup maple syrup
- Melt ingredients together slowly, stirring until smooth.
- Pour into dish and leave to set in the refrigerator.
- Cut into bars or squares.
