Was very tempted to use dark molasses here but didn't, & still had a pleasant flavor from the light version! Perhaps another time I'll use the dark along with a similar brown sugar ~ Love that molasses! As is, though, you have A VERY TASTY BREAD, & I particularly enjoyed the combo of flours! Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for an hour or until done.
  4. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
