  1. In a small bowl, combine ricotta and egg.
  2. Spoon onto a 14 inch pizza crust.
  3. Arrange zucchini, pepper and mushroom slices over ricotta.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
  6. Sprinkle pizza with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 15 minutes more or until crust is lightly browned.
