This was the best looking omelet I ever tried to make! Actually looked like an omelet and not a pile of eggs on the plate, lol. I used mozzarella in place of the provolone, but other than that, made as directed. Cheeeeeseeeey goodness!

I served this excellent omelet tonight for dinner with cherry tomatoes and wheat toast. Other than using sharp cheddar I made as directed. Thanks for a great dinner.

AAA...cheesy omelet, Sharon. Made for A TASTE OF YELLOW-LiveSTRONG in YOUR name! Glad you are on your way to a full life again. Did sub Mozz for the Provolone and added some crumbled bacon and topped with some salsa for a sassy taste. Thanks for posting! Caroline

Great brunch omelete- I cut it back to 2 eggs. Didn't want to chance flipping it so I cooked it with a lid over, the omelete puffed up and the cheese meltedand it was golden underneath Thanks Sharon123 I'll make this one again for sure.

Made these for breakfast on Sunday morning and the family loved them. I did add a splash of milk to the eggs before beating because I've always added milk when making omelets. I had to sub American cheese for the Swiss, but it was still a great combo. Thanks!

I LOVE a good cheesy omelet. My husband made this for our family and it turned out just great. I liked the mixture of different cheeses. This is very simple and great tasting as is--would also work with a few veggies tossed in. Thanks Sharon.

Very good and a wonderful to use up leftover deli cheese! I used four eggs, provolone, swiss and some garlic cheddar. Delicious! We will be having this often using whatever leftover cheese is on hand. Thanks for sharing!

I also did this on the spur of the moment when I realized I hadn't planned on Christmas morning breakfast for my husband and myself. This was so quick and easy...I always have LOTS of different cheeses on hand so it was easy to come up with the ingredients and I'm sure I'll be making this easy, delicious omelet again. I served this with thick-sliced, smoky bacon and rye toast. Thanks for the nice Christmas breakfast Sharon!

We usually go meatless on Fridays and this made a wonderful meal. The different cheeses all melded together for a rich, incredibly yummy taste. I threw in some fresh mushrooms that were about to go bad. A quick, easy, no-stress dinner idea. Thanks Sharon.

I did this very quickly when I had friends drop in unexpectantly, I was going to make it the next day. I only had a taste and the visitors thought I was so clever to come up with a great lunch on the spur of the moment. I just served it with a salad and it got a 5 review. A great recipe to do on the spur of the moment.
