  1. I loved your macaroni and cheese. I'm only giving it 4 stars because my brother thought there was too much macaroni.......I cooked 3 cups dried macaroni.....thought that was what the recipe called for. (Maybe it meant 3 cups after cooking.) But I thought it tasted just fine with the amount of pasta. Everybody likes different things! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2013.

I am married, with no children. We wish that was different but I guess it wasn't meant to be, We do have an adorable rescue dog, an adult Shitzu-Poodle mix. We also get to spend time with our nieces and nephews (when they're not too busy haha!) My husband is a great guy, I can't imagine life without him. He works works very long hours. He is the best guinea pig, he enjoys trying all the recipes I make and loves leftovers. I am a self-taught cook, my mother wouldn't let us in the kitchen while she was cooking when I was growing up...it was her domain. I enjoy making people happy with the foods I have prepared for them. This cooking site is the one I use most often. Thanks to all of the great cooks who have posted their recipes here!
