  1. Grate cheeses.
  2. Mix cheeses, gerkin, capsicum and onion (easier to mix with hands).
  3. Roll into a ball.
  4. Mix biscuit crumbs with curry powder.
  5. Roll cheese ball in biscuit crumb mixture.
  6. Wrap in alfoil. refrigerate.
  7. Serve with water crakers.
