This is probably my favorite salad. When I make it I eat it till it's gone--meal after meal. I just love it. Hope you will.
- 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can cut wax beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2⁄3 cup vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Rinse beans in cold water.
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight--covered.
