- 283.49 g package frozen lima beans
- 255.14 g package frozen green beans, thawed
- 425.24 g can kidney beans
- 473.19 ml grape tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 157.80 ml lemon juice
- 78.78 ml sugar
- 78.78 ml olive oil
- 6.16 ml sea salt
- 2.46 ml dried basil
- 2.46 ml dried oregano
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml pepper
directions
- Cook lima beans according to package.
- Rinse in cold water.
- In a large bowl mix together limas and green beans.
- Drain and rinse kidney beans and add to bowl. Mix well.
- Halve tomatoes and add to bowl. Mix well.
- Chop onion and add to bowl. Mix well.
- In a medium bowl combine, lemon juice, sugar, oil, and seasonings. Whisk together and pour over salad.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and chill 5 hours or more, stirring occasionally.
