- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 236.59 ml prechopped onion
- 118.29 ml prechopped green bell pepper
- 9.85 ml bottled minced garlic
- 177.44 ml water
- 29.58 ml tomato paste
- 9.85 ml chili powder
- 9.85 ml ground cumin
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 439.41 g can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 439.41 g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 439.41 g can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 411.06 g can organic vegetable broth
- 411.06 g can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 14.79 ml yellow cornmeal
- 59.14 ml chopped fresh cilantro
- 88.74 ml reduced-fat sour cream
directions
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to pan; sauté 3 minutes.
- Stir in 3/4 cup water and next 9 ingredients (through diced tomatoes); bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes. Stir in cornmeal; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro. Serve with sour cream.

<p>My rating system: (I don't like giving bad reviews, so if I don't like it, I'll just not review it.) <br /><br />5 Stars OMG, this is one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten! I can't stop eating it, and I've eaten myself into a food coma. <br /><br />4 Stars The recipe is wonderful as is. I can't think of a single improvement and I will most likely make it again. <br /><br />3 Stars This needed a little *something*something*. I might make it again, but will add my own improvements if I do. <br /><br />I love to eat! And I love to cook. I tend to take over the kitchen when I get in there.
