This is usually done on the stove but I use my crockpot and it turns out great.

  1. Put ground beef into skillet and brown and drain.
  2. While the ground geef is browning dice onion and carrots and put into the crock pot.
  3. Add browned ground beef, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and oregano and mix together.
  4. Add all the beans and salt and pepper and mix.
  5. Put crock pot on low and cook for 2 hours.
  6. Option: blend up the diced tomato in the blender before adding to the crock pot.
