Thousand Island Dressing (Low Fat/Low Calorie)

"I've tried a bunch of low cal 1000 Island dressing recipes and finally found one I like that doesn't have a zillion weird ingredients! I make mine with light Miracle Whip instead of mayo. Cooking time is actually chilling time. One T has 14 calories, less than one gram of fat, 1 gram of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrate, & 56 mg of sodium"

  1. This is a very tasty dressing. I like the kick from the chili sauce, and I love that all the salad-eaters in my family can enjoy it - my diabetic fiance who avoids high glycemic and empty carbs, WW-points counting mother, and me with my low-fat/low-carb eating habits. The sodium is even modest, and we all prefer to limit pre-packed processed foods, so this was a winner all around. Thanks!

  2. I absolutely love this dressing. It tastes much better than store bought 1000 Island Dressing!

  3. This is a wonderful dressing for weight watchers. The point value is: "0" per serving. Makes 24 servings.
