I use my French dressing.
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup French dressing
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 3⁄4 teaspoon onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- Mix altogether by hand.

For us I used this salad dressing on our sloppy Joe Sandwich.
I love it that I can make our own and make it our way. For our may and french dressing I chose to use light.

DH loves this dressing! I dont normally use thousand island but I liked it a lot too. Was worried a little bit about the amount of mayonnaise but it was perfect. Very easy to make and tastes so much fresher and lighter than bottled dressing from the store. Thank you WiGal for posting...made and reviewed for the Spring Spectacular 2008.
