My mom's homemade dressing. Great in summer time when the weather is too hot for anything but a salad.


  1. Chop up eggs and olives.
  2. Mix with all other ingredients except mayonnaise.
  3. Fold in Mayonnaise gently.
  4. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.

Enjoyed this homemade dressing immensely. It brought back cherished memories from my childhood. This was the only dressing that my mother served, and I didn't know that it came pre-made at the store. LOL. Made for Culinary Quest, Summer 2014. Thanks for sharing!
