  1. I am always looking for new ways to prepare green beans. This is really easy and the prosciutto is a nice compliment to the beans. I used canned green beans instead of fresh. Thanks for sharing, Kari!!!

  2. These are fantastic, quick and easy. Wouldn't change a thing.

  3. I used good ol' bacon since that's what I had on hand and it came out delicious. Thank you for sharing.

  4. I had a bag of frozen green beans. I am not a fan of frozen green beans and wanted to find a recipe to use them up. I followed the recipe as written other then I used a cup of vegetable broth. I was amazed. They did not taste like frozen beans. I had thawed my beans in the fridge so they weren't frozen when I cooked them. I really enjoyed them and will be making them again.

  5. These are very good. A nice change from regular green beans. They really are "fancy schmancy" and they taste like they're much more difficult to make than they really are!
