This is a great crust for those who enjoy thin crust.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 14 teaspoons yeast (one yeast packet)
  • 14 teaspoon sugar
  • 34 cup hot water
  • 1 34 cups flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water. Let sit 8 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour and the salt in a bowl. Stir in water mixture.
  3. Knead on floured surface for 2 minutes. Roll out to desired thickness.
  4. Transfer to greased pizza/baking sheet.
  5. Add desired toppings.
  6. Bake at 500 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
