These frozen treats are actually reminiscent of the famous GS cookies and at only around 100 calories each you can feel free to indulge!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 chocolate graham crackers, sheets
  • 1 12 cups whipped cream
  • 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • green food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. Halve the graham crackers so you have 16 squares.
  2. Mix together the whipped cream, peppermint , and food coloring if using.
  3. Spread a large spoonful of whipped cream mixture on each of 8 graham cracker halves. You might have some filling left over.
  4. Carefully top with remaining halves without squishing filling.
  5. Freeze until hardened. Enjoy!
