This makes my favorite fruit salad! It's so easy!

- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2-1 cup pineapple juice, drained from one can of sliced pineapple
- Mix all ingredients over low heat on stove.
- Stir constantly until thick.
- Let cool.
- Add sliced fruit - apples, grapes, peaches, pinapple, bananas, etc --
- Refrigerate all.
