This is a recipe I came up with when I was working and I needed something to get me going at 5 am, and this did the job great. Thank you for trying it. ENJOY!

  1. In a blender, blend together the protein whey and milk until it looks thick.
  2. Add the bananna, strawberries and rasberries.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice and blend until it reaches a constistance you like.
