This is a recipe I came up with when I was working and I needed something to get me going at 5 am, and this did the job great. Thank you for trying it. ENJOY!
- 1 package vanilla flavored protein powder (I like meta-rex)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
- 4 ice cubes
- In a blender, blend together the protein whey and milk until it looks thick.
- Add the bananna, strawberries and rasberries.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend until it reaches a constistance you like.
so good with tons of protien. i used it as an example for my project.
