Thick 'n' Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

A deliciously thick and creamy smoothie made with 3 simple ingredients, ready in 3 quick minutes! What's more, this recipe is vegan and contains no added sugars. Make sure to use ripe bananas and unsalted peanut butter! I like to use rice milk but other milks like soy and dairy are fine. Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 12 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
  • 14 cup milk (I use plain rice milk, but any kind would probably work)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Eat immediately! The amazing creamy thickness of this smoothie dissipates as the time goes by.
