A deliciously thick and creamy smoothie made with 3 simple ingredients, ready in 3 quick minutes! What's more, this recipe is vegan and contains no added sugars. Make sure to use ripe bananas and unsalted peanut butter! I like to use rice milk but other milks like soy and dairy are fine. Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup milk (I use plain rice milk, but any kind would probably work)
