A deliciously thick and creamy smoothie made with 3 simple ingredients, ready in 3 quick minutes! What's more, this recipe is vegan and contains no added sugars. Make sure to use ripe bananas and unsalted peanut butter! I like to use rice milk but other milks like soy and dairy are fine. Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!

(I use plain rice milk, but any kind would probably work)

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Eat immediately! The amazing creamy thickness of this smoothie dissipates as the time goes by.
I made half the recipe but kept the amount of milk the same (1/4 c) because otherwise my blender wouldnt have been able to handle it. And the smoothie still came out so deliciously creamy and super thick. YUM! The flavour is so great: very peanutty with a hint of banana. It felt like eating dessert for breakfast.
