This recipe is based on a 16-17 oz Stanley Food Thermos. The food thermos has a wide mouth lids with an insulated lid that doubles as a bowl. You made need to adjust the amounts to fit your thermos.
- Fill thermos with boiling water to preheat the thermos. Let sit for 5 minutes then dump the water out.
- Fill 1/4 way with wheat (about 1/2 cup) then fill 3/4 full with boiling water.
- Start this the night before and it will be ready for breakfast or lunch. When ready to eat stir thouroughly
- Pack any toppings like butter or sugar separately and add before eating.
