  1. Fill thermos with boiling water to preheat the thermos. Let sit for 5 minutes then dump the water out.
  2. Fill 1/4 way with wheat (about 1/2 cup) then fill 3/4 full with boiling water.
  3. Start this the night before and it will be ready for breakfast or lunch. When ready to eat stir thouroughly
