These are only for the very brave! While you can decrease the amounts of Tabasco and habanero sauces, it is better not to do so, and use the bleu cheese dressing liberally instead.
Directions:
1
Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, habanero sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
3
Separate tips from wings.
4
Place tips and wings on cookie sheet (s).
5
Using a pastry brush, coat the wings with the sauce mixture.
6
Sprinkle ground red pepper over wings and tips.
7
Bake wings for 15 to 20 minutes or until they have browned.
8
Arrange wings on leaf lettuce and serve with your favourite cold beverage.
9
Dip wings in bleu cheese salad dressing for some cooling affect.
10
NOTE: These wings can also be cooked on the barbeque.
11
Wings should be grilled for the same amount of time over medium high heat coals.

These wings are not for the faint of heart!! VERY spicy!! Made for a casual lunch with the family... they were so hot, not everyone could eat them!! They are great... but be warned, they will make your eyes water!!
