This is a much better recipe than the one I posted before. I've been tweaking it and tweaking it! The veggies listed are the ones I always use, but sometimes I add others - a carrot or parsnip, green beans, anything! Add a little water if it feels too chunky or dry.

  1. Place onion, red pepper and celery into TM bowl. Chop 10 seconds/speed 5. While chopping drop the garlic cloves onto the whirling blades.
  2. Add oil to TM bowl. Saute veggies for 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
  3. Add ground beef to TM bowl. Cook 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients to TM bowl. Cook 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
  5. Serve over hamburger buns or rolls (I usually use Thermomix Basic Bread #2, food.com #442374).
