      For this pizza I used a regular boboli pizza crust and omitted the meatballs and mushrooms as I don't eat them and I used 1 1/2 cup mozzarella. I also make my sauce by mixing tomato paste with water. If your pizza sauce is good this pizza will turn out fine. Must say my pizza didn't look as pretty as the others, but it tasted just fine, thanks:D P.S. Edited to add that I just love sauerkraut on pizza!

      I made this for the ZWT game, I used my own recipe for Boboli Pizza crust, Boboli Pizza Crust, and my own pizza sauce Kittencal's Pizza Sauce and used mozza cheese., great pizza K, thanks hon!...Kitten:)

      As a ZWT2 Wild Flours' team member and a pizza lover, felt I really ought to make this. Loved the sound of the ingredients - though I did omit the sauerkraut - and the recipe certainly lived up to my expectations! Everyone loved it! I used a mix of mozzarella, cheddar and fetta, fresh mushrooms and kalamata olives, and I added some minced garlic and thyme. Superb Karen! Thanks for creating and sharing this wonderful recipe!

      Mighty tasty pizza Wild Flours’! DH is 1 of those “I need meat on my pizza” kinda guys & we both enjoyed the meatball component. I used a prepared crust, made my own meatballs, used all mozzarella & w/all due respect to Patience couldn’t bring myself to include the kraut. Tomato wasn’t listed as an ingredient, but was mentioned in the prep & visible on your pic, so I included it. DH wanted more meatballs than seen on your pic, so I tried for 1 lrg bloom instead & managed to get 25 meatball halves on there for him. I have a confession & apology for Karen. The pizza was cooking in my oven when I saw I’d left out her mushrooms, so I gave Karen & her mushrooms a “place of honour” beside the pizza in the pic. Iceland does a lot of food things exceptionally well, but pizza isn’t 1 of them … so this was a real pleasure for this displaced Texas girl. Thx for posting this excellent recipe!

      Very good! I used french bread as my crust and roasted red bell peppers instead of fresh. No sauerkraut for me, either.
