  • In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except oil.
  • Whisk mixture while slowly drizzling in oil.
  • Let stand for 30 minutes to blend flavours.
  • Whisk again before using.
  • Dressing can also be made in food processor, (use pulse.).

  4. I was looking for a dressing with white wine vinegar and came across this. I used dried garlic granules since I was in a hurry. This is lemony tasting and slightly sweet. I kept thinking "garden-fresh" while I was eating it. My daughter asked for a SECOND helping of salad, which I believe was a FIRST! I will be making this often. Thanks Dancer. Roxygirl
     
  5. I thought this was a great salad dressing. I really liked the minced onion and red pepper additions. Can't imagine a salad this wouldn't be wonderful on.
