put the mc'rib to shame with a real rib sandwich!

  1. take rack of ribs and remove membrane from back.
  2. make slices on the under side of ribs along the length of the bones to allow bone removal after cooking.
  3. cook ribs as desired.
  4. carefully remove bones while keeping rack intact, if necessary recut underside along bones.
  5. carmalize onions in a sautee pan.
  6. mince garlic and combine with melted butter.
  7. slice ciabatta loaf in half sandwhich style and brush bread with garlic butter and lightly toast under broiler.
  8. carefully place rack of ribs on top of the bottom piece of bread.
  9. on top half place onions and cheese.
  10. broil in oven until cheese is melted.
  11. serve and enjoy!
