- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash lemon
- yogurt or milk
- add some sugar, if desired
- Put all ingredients in mixer.
- Pour in cup and enjoy :).
Great and simple smoothie! I added a couple Tbs of Splenda and about 1/2 cup of milk to get it creamy and thin enough to drink with a straw. Was perfect on a warm afternoon. Made for My 3 Chefs.
