I love this special casserole. I often substitute ham for the corned beef because I like it better that way. I have even made this using regular thinly sliced roast beef.

This was excellent! I made it with turkey ham since DH is allergic to beef and pork and it was really tasty. I also used sliced swiss cheese torn into pieces and Jewish rye bread. Thanks for a great recipe!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In an 8-inch square baking dish layer corned beef, salad dressing, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
  3. Toss bread with butter and sprinkle over corned beef mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
