A wonderful potato dish. Loved the addition of onions. A great make ahead recipe.

Delicious! I made this for DH and I to have with cube steak and onion gravy. I did "lighten" it up slightly by using fat free sour cream and fat free cream cheese, but it was still sinfully delicious! Thanks Realtor! I will make this again I'm sure! Made for KK's Chef's Pick Tag

Sooooo gooood!!! Very easy and the result is very creamy but still light. I decided not to peel my potatoes and mixed everything in my stand mixer. I put a lid on it and kept it warm in the oven until everyone was home for dinner. We all enjoyed this with Grilled Flank Steak and Mozzarella Portobellos (American Heart Association). Thanks Realtor! :)

This is like the Cadillac of mashed potatoes! wow! I had to cut the recipe way down, as there are only the two of us. I used 2 large baking potatoes, 1/4 cup of butter, 1/3 cup of sour cream, about 1/3 of the block of cream cheese, about 1/3 cup of parmesan, plus a little more for the top, and 2 green onions. It turned out do well! I made this for this and served it with Realtor's http://www.recipezaar.com/the-realtors-low-fat-low-carb-lemon-garlic-chicken-386436. Hubby loved it, and I havce to agree! Thanks for a lovely recipe! Made this for one of the forum events at KK's site. Great recipe!

These potatoes as written are so rich and creamy. I believe by adding LF creamcheese and sourcream the rich and creaminess would still be the same. I opted out of the green onions and subbed garlic salt for the salt. Yum, Yum!!! Made for KK's Chef's Pick~
