Fabulous recipe and I have tried many. I served it on garlic toasted french bread for a little extra kick. I also added a little more than a dash of salt. Will definately make it again.

I served this at a party recently and it got rave reviews. I made it just the way it's written. I toasted the bread under the broiler, and burned half the loaf...grrr. If you do this, leave the door open and stand there and WATCH IT!!! Also, toast it on both sides.

This was probably the best tomato bruschetta I've ever had although I would make some changes. First, I would reduce the amount of olive oil by half because it was overpowering. Then I would suggest you make the tomato mixture and let the flavors meld together for 6 - 8 hours outside of the refrigerator. This was even better the next day!Looking forward to making it again.
