  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Mix ground turkey, whole egg, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, basil, oregano, fennel seed, and garlic salt together well.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls; place in pan at least 1/2 inch apart (will probably take a couple batches, yields about 45 meatballs).
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Add meatballs to your favorite pasta, soup, or enjoy alone.
  • (This recipe can also be used to make turkey burgers. Just pan fry about 10 minutes instead of baking.).
