      This is one great spread, Brother William! So easy to put together, and the fresh horseradish is a show stopper here. Just powerfully, wonderful tasting. I used smoked salmon, but other then that, I followed this exactly and adding some green onion to the top for decoration. I also love the taste of the sour cream, as it pulled all the tastes into one stupendous taste sensation. I mixed this in the food processor for 30 seconds, and distributed all the ingredients perfectly. Served with pita chips, pretzels, and bagel chips. Perfect! Thank you, Brother William! Made for *Think Pink for Cancer Awareness Month* Fall 2008.
