This was a great blended drink, like a frozen smoothie. But it didn't really have enough sweetness for our taste buds. So next time, I think I will make add a banana like others have suggested, or maybe even add a touch of vodka or maybe even rum, for a Caribbean touch. But it was a pleasant drink to sip on while enjoying croissants.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? When it comes to blending, I'm the kind who just dumps it all in & goes from there! For this recipe I did leave out the ice & used a frozen banana instead! Did have to add another 1/4 cup of milk to give it enough liquid to blend, but that was no problem & we ended up with a nice tasting drink (all Pretty in Pink, too)!
