      This was a great blended drink, like a frozen smoothie. But it didn't really have enough sweetness for our taste buds. So next time, I think I will make add a banana like others have suggested, or maybe even add a touch of vodka or maybe even rum, for a Caribbean touch. But it was a pleasant drink to sip on while enjoying croissants.

      When it comes to blending, I'm the kind who just dumps it all in & goes from there! For this recipe I did leave out the ice & used a frozen banana instead! Did have to add another 1/4 cup of milk to give it enough liquid to blend, but that was no problem & we ended up with a nice tasting drink (all Pretty in Pink, too)! [Tagged, made & reviewed during the Think PINK event for this October]
