This yummy smoothie brings me back to the summer days of my childhood, eating creamsicle pops by the side of the local swimming pool. Add ice if you want to make it a thicker, icier drink - Otherwise it is a thinner, more juice-like beverage. This is such a tasty treat. Gluten-free, pareve, vegan, dairy-free.

Very Yummy! I just recently went vegan so I am trying to find yummy things to eat to not feel deprived, this fit the bill. My husband liked it too. Next I'm trying it on the kids!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup orange juice, not from concentrate
  • 1 cup rice milk, fortified (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 banana
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • Optional

  • ice

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Serve immediately.
