  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Toast seeds in preheated oven for about 5 minutes, until oils release.
  3. Mix wet ingredients together.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients together.Except chocolate chips.
  5. Mix wet and dry to form a batter.
  6. Scoop on sheet pan with parchment paper. 12/ sheet.
  7. Place 8-10 mini chocolate chips on each cookie.
  8. Bake 6 minutes, then roatate tray and bake for 3 more minutes.
  9. Pull from oven and cool.
  10. Wrap and serve as a nutritious snack.
