We loved this marinade. A good all around marinade. Thanks for posting.

My marinade for smoked London Broil or Tri Tip. Marinade for 10-12 hours. Grill on low heat under cover, preferably with some apple wood smoke, and baste occasionally with marinade to keep lean meat from drying out. Yum!

We liked this recipe, but I used 4 garlic and used fresh basil and oegano. I cut down to 2 T on the olive oil, but that is just me. I would do this one again

My family and I didn't like this. I was a bit surprised by all of the great reviews. It didn't flavor the chicken much at all. It did look great coming off the grill but had little to no flavor except for the lemon. Perhaps I didn't marinate it long enough but I honestly couldn't imagine it helping since the lemon would likely dominate the other flavors. The other reviewer who used tofu might have had better luck since tofu is like a sponge.

Very simple, easy, and tasty marinade. I used this on chicken breast, and the end result was very good. I will definately use this again.

This is definitely a great marinade. I made steaks with this marinade with a nice antipasta salad and crusty french bread. Wonderful recipe. Thanks.
