The Neighborhood Salsa

"This is a salsa my family learned from one of our neighbors, it's simple, and you can spice it as you like- I like it super hot. Most of the ingredients are added to taste. It's also a great dish for a group to help make (with 3 people cutting/dicing/mixing it takes no time at all to make) With the diced tomatoes try playing with flavors, I've used regular, lime and cilantro and jalepeno- all with great results Enjoy it right away, or throw it in the fridge and let it stew overnight to really bring out the flavor."

I love to cook, and I love to eat (don't they go hand in hand?). I'm really good at following recipies, or improvising with what I have. I prefer to improvise though- I am more adventurous that way. My mother is one of the best cooks I know, and I keep trying to get her to put recipes together for me, but it hasn't happened yet. My fiance and I have a Shiba Inu puppy (well hes a yr but he'll always be my puppy), Kuma, and I love baking him some yummy treats! He's also a fantastic cook.
