Served at the King's Arms Tavern in Colonial WIlliamsburg. This refreshing drink is a wonderful color and great for the holidays!
- 3 cups cranberry juice
- 3⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1 pint raspberry sherbet
- 8 sprigs of fresh mint (to garnish)
- Combine the cranberry juice and apple juice in a large pitcher and chill thoroughly.
- Pour into tall glasses and top each serving with a scoop of sherbet.
- Garnish each serving with a mint sprig.
