"My name is Andrew and my sandwich is bomb. I made this sandwich for the sandwich competition for my school, Joan Farley Academy, in Denver. It's healthy, affordable, easy and tastes good."

  1. my mom used to make a reciped like this when i was growing up. I loved it then and i Love it still! the only difference with her recipe is that she would place the tomatoes on the bread and the cheese on top then broil it till the swiss cheese was just PERFECT! its a great wasy to start a sandwich or you could just eat the sandwich open faced like i used to do often. Thanks for bringing back some great memories of my childhood and cooking with my mom!
