This older couple we used to know (the Jacksons) really could cook and came up with this strangely refreshing fruit salad that I know you'll love!
- 4 cups mangoes, cubed
- 2 cups cucumbers, diced into cubes
- 1 1⁄2 cups white distilled vinegar
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Put all ingredients except for salt and pepper into a bowl and toss. Let this mixture set for about an hour or more to achieve maximum flavor.
- Serve with salt and pepper to your liking.
